ACCOMMODATION

All 4 properties are available, together or separately, for short-term lets all year round for a minimum 2 night stay, accommodating up to 37 guests in total. Situated with traditional outbuildings in between them, including the beautifully restored Events Barn, the Manor House, Stables and Barton are close enough to each other to be perfect for larger gatherings but have all been designed with privacy in mind for separate lets. Lower Hill is a 5 minute walk from the other properties.

The Manor House accommodates up to 17 in a grand but relaxed style and comes with a well-maintained tennis court, heated swimming pool, large sun-bathed terrace and 4 acres of lawns and gardens. For music, play for yourself on the baby grand or listen through the integrated Sonos system.

The Stables has been designed in a modern romantic style accommodating up to 6 guests.  Sleep in a vintage Harrods sleigh bed, bathe in the beautiful copper bath and in the evenings, relax in the small but perfectly formed walled garden and have dinner under the stars.

The Barton offers relaxed rural accommodation for up to 12 and comes with extensive lawns, a wood-fired hot tub and open-sided barn with table tennis and a terrace for eating al fresco. Inside, the Sonos sound system, upright piano and pool table will make sure that you are always entertained. 

Lower Hill, a smaller, chalet-style property, is nestled amongst trees and set within a pretty garden boasting views over the valley from the terrace and wood-fired hot tub.  Lower Hill sleeps 6 across 3 bedrooms with a separate Summer House available for a further 2.
