Our beautifully renovated barn is located in the centre of the property. It offers an incredibly versatile blank canvas from which to host a restorative retreat, a vibrant exhibition, a romantic wedding or a rousing birthday party, with luxury accommodation for up to 37 staying guests across 3 properties.

Caroline heads up Weddings and Henny coordinates Events and Retreats. From our little black book of local contacts, we will be able to provide you with all the addresses you need to make your event totally seamless and utterly enviable.

A little about the venue: The First Floor of The Barn is bathed in natural light that pours in through the floor-to-ceiling studio window. There’s a woodburner for added atmosphere and warmth, and a beautiful wood bar, expertly crafted from an entire plank of one of Boconnion’s ancient fallen oak trees. The larger Ground Floor has rustic beams and stone walls providing a warm traditional atmosphere. The cow stall names are still installed where they were first hung 300 years ago. Off the Ground Floor entertaining space is the Professional Kitchen, fitted with industrial extractor fans and supplied with a 5-ring professional gas oven. Our Accessible Loos and a Shower are also on the ground floor, tucked discretely out of the way.
